In the academic year 2004–2005, a humble yet visionary initiative began in a modest home with just 15 students. This initiative, driven by a profound sense of purpose and guided by strong Islamic values, aimed to establish Madni School — an English-medium school that would offer quality education at affordable fees while safeguarding the moral and cultural identity of Muslim children.

The journey began with the establishment of the Islamic English Medium School in Subhash Nagar, focused on providing high-quality education while incorporating Islamic values.
The institute's commitment to academic excellence quickly garnered attention, leading to the expansion of its facilities and a widening base of families placing their trust in Madni.
Additional branches were established in Vaibhav Nagar and Baledkundri, further cementing the Madni Group's legacy as a respected educational institution.
